How to download and reinstall Realtek HD Audio Manager

Click the Start button and go to Device Manager.
Select Sound, video and game controllers.
Right click Realtek High Definition Audio and select Uninstall device.
Uninstall drivers in Windows 10

Check Delete the driver software for this device and click Uninstall.
Go to the Views tab and click Show hidden devices.
Download & install Realtek Audio Driver

Search for duplicate audio drivers if any.
Right-click on it and click Uninstall.
Restart the system.
