Hello All,

can anyone help me in understanding a parameter under Organisation Administration > Global Address Book Parameter > Define access to private information by role

My question is whatever role I will select here, will they be able to see the private information of employees only in their respective entity or will it be across all the entities?

Regarding the access to private information by role, please refer: https://www.tomstalentblog.co.uk/2019/01/29/lets-talk-about-privacy/

The roles you selected can access to all the entities. If you want to restrict it, you can use ‘assign organization’ option in related user form.
