Creating Segments for an Account

Hi all,

I have been trying to get my head around making a segment for an account for a while now, I'm very new to D365 for Marketing so I could really use some help.

When trying to make a segement for an account my issue is that I can't seem to select the specific fields that I need to. For example, I have been trying to make a segment that targets Accounts in a particular city, so I have been using (Address 1 : City) and I also want to target the accounts in my system that have been assigned to the 'education' territory/segment however when I choose either of these in a second drop down box, the process does not work.

If anyone could shed any light on this it would be really appreciated.

Hi Jon,

Can you please clarify something for me? The 'education' territory/segment, is this an actual segment looking for this territory value? Or is territory a field on the contact form and if so, what kind of field is it?
