Hello all, I have a task assigned to 2 resources, total effort 8 hours. Project operations seems to want to allocate the 8 hours equally among the assigned resources. Is there a way I can specify 6 hours for one resource and 2 hours for the other?
The only option I can see is to split the task into two tasks, assigned to specific resources, effort of 6 and 2 hours.
