Import in Purchase Invoice from JIRA

Hi,

I need to Import data from JIRA to BC, lets say Timesheets. Is there a way that it can be imported in Purchase Invoice? Also if it includes Config Packages, do elaborate please.

    Lucas,

    This company is building an APP:

    As for how you could import data to BC, from JIRA, you would use a Configuration Package to the Timesheet Line Table 951. However, you will need to Create Timesheets for Resources and then insert the line information so it populates the correct persons timesheet. Then you can use BC to complete and send for approval and post to Jobs or Assembly Orders.

    Now if this is a Vendor Invoice for services and you just want to create a Purchase Invoice and charge a G/L Account, then you will create a Configuration Package to Purchase Header and Purchase Line, Table 38 and 39. To help you here, manually create the Purchase Header and add the Line and create the Config package and export. You will see the mandatory fields that are required, not a lot, for the Header and Lines. Then you can populate with JIRA information and import.
