I have a field called Status when the status change to Review, I want a notification email to be send out.

I tried creating a workflow to acchive that but I am not getting the test email.....

Step is:

If Entityname Status = Ready then, Send Email 

It starts when the Record Status Changes and Record Fields Changes

After the email is sent, I want the Reviewer to approve or reject the application and set the status to approve or rejected also to send a notification email back.

    Hi

    Your example is a little confusing. First you say when the Status changes to "Review", you want to send an email. Then later on you say when the Status is "Ready", you want to send the email. Hopefully this is just a typo and not the cause of your issue.

    Is the workflow activated and can you see any system jobs for the entity? Do you have Outlook or Email Router/Server side sync setup? Are the emails getting created but are stuck as pending send?
