Something clearly has changed, it just mean that we don't know what it was.
Can you please tell us which type of environment it's about? (E.g. prodution or development.) If it's in production, are you able to reproduce the problem in a non-production environment?
yes it was working before but after some time (1 hour )nothing was changed , everyone with the same role is facing the same issue
