Workflow batch jobs are not running

I'm having some issues with batch jobs processing.
Here is what I've already done:
1. Set up Workflow execution account in System service accounts
2. Created a new batch group
3. Selected batch server (AOS instance has the "Is batch server" check)
4. Run the Workflow infrastructure configuration

And then, of course, I created a workflow. In Procurement and sourcing module - purchase order workflow. Everything was fine, until I clicked the "Submit" button. After nothing happened and all I could see in workflow actions was "View history" I checked workflow batch jobs. And guess what - they are not running. I set the recurring pattern to repeat every minute and after 5 hours - nothing. It only works if I start Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor in AOT-->Forms.
I've even tried to create manually workflow batch jobs using the same classes and everything. But still nothing.
I am doing all of this in test environment.
Do you have any suggestions? I'm desperate..

    Hi Elena,

Can you check if other batch jobs run properly? Also check if you have enabled the correct batch groups.

    Hi,

did you run workflow infrastructure configuration wizard (organization adm-setup-workflow) after you setup of system service account?

    Hi Andre,
Thank you for your quick response!

Well, non of the batch jobs are running actually, I just set up the email distribution batch job and it is not working. Manually everything is ok, but when it comes to run it through the batch server it fails.

The test environment i'm working in is a copy of our production environment (from two weeks ago) and the last record in batch job history is from the same date(two weeks ago).

I tried with every single batch group, not just with the one that I created. For each batch group there is selected server (AOS instance with "is batch server" check).

Also everytime I change something I delete workflow batch jobs and run Workflow infrastructure configuration wizard again so that I'm sure everything is correct.

What do you mean by "enabled the correct batch groups"?

    Hi Kacper:

"1. Set up Workflow execution account in System service accounts

    2. Created a new batch group

    3. Selected batch server (AOS instance has the "Is batch server" check)

    4. Run the Workflow infrastructure configuration"

This is what I did. So - yes, and I have already done it before and it was working properly. But this time it doesn't seem to change anything at all.

    Hi Elena,

If you have copied the database, did you only copy the business data or also the model store database?

Have you tried to perform a full CIL compilation?

Also check if you have one or more AOS servers listed which are not related to your test environment. Is the server where you have enabled "Is batch server" indeed your test AOS server?

Hi - Kindly follow this screen below and later mark your serverconfiguration is batch server(System admin->System->Server Configuration) then run your  workflow infrastructure configuration(System admin->Workflow->workflow infrastructure configuration).

"If you have copied the database, did you only copy the business data or also the model store database?"

    - It was not me who copied the database, but both - business data and the model stare database are copied.

"Have you tried to perform a full CIL compilation?"

    - It has been done, but the problem still remains.

"Is the server where you have enabled "Is batch server" indeed your test AOS server?"

    - How can I check this?

    Hi Elena,

Could you please ensure that all the existing batch jobs are tied to the batch group you have created while setting up workflow. In case they are not you may simply update all current running batch jobs in the back end using SQL.

    Select * from batch

    Update batch set groupid='<batch group you created>', serverid='<aos instance>'
