Bookable Resource Booking Report

Setting up a word template that's e-mailed to the customer after a service job is finished.  Two things I'm having trouble with in the XML mapping:

1) Getting the customers name available in the XML mapping

2) Getting pictures that were taken and loaded into notes.  I can get the first image uploaded to populate on the report, but no further images.

    Hi Jason,

    To insert the customer name, it is necessary to add the Work Order entity into the word template because the name is recorded in the work order with the Service Account field.

    Then inert the field – msdyn_serviceaccountname from XML Mapping.

    After saving and uploading it, you’ll get the customer’s name of the booking.

    To add all the notes with their attachments, you need to insert the records as repeating.

    It will be shown as the following screenshot after setting as repeating and you can insert the fields you want into this block.
