Can Anyone suggest me for New Sales Quotation format?

Dear all

We are using Microsoft dynamic NAV 2016. Actually are making sales quotation in Word files. Now we want to start make sales quotation from system so if anyone have best format than please share with me..

    what do you mean by new format?

    every company will have their own format to use. please check internally and decide a format.

    Initially you are using word format for developing sales quote then you can develop the same format in  system with the help of developer . You can also use word layout functionality for the same

    If you're using NAV 2016, there are already a few out of box "layouts" for Sales Quotes printouts (or as NAV calls them, Reports).

    You can navigate to Report Layout Selection and search / filter for "Sales Quote"

    You can also create your own layouts from scratch or by customizing one of the prebuilt layouts. There is a Custom Report Layout window where you can create and manage custom layouts. On a couple of other threads here and in the Dynamics 365 for Business community, I've shared the steps in the past, but I'm on my phone now and don't have them handy.     Lastly, you can also use pre-created Word templates from the Office library (for example, you will find a lot of templates for Sales Invoice, which you can easily repurpose for a Sales Quote).
