Access to View Security Diagnostics

We are trying to allow the /Security administrator/ user role access to run the Security Diagnostics tool, under Options -> Page options. As well as access to the Security diagnostics for task recordings menu. But we cannot find a duty or privilege that provides access to either of these. At the moment, only the /System administrator/ user role has access to them both. 
 
How can we go about providing the /Security administrator/ user role access to run the Security Diagnostics tool and access to the Security diagnostics for task recordings menu?

    The menu items for Security diagnostics aren't linked to a privilege out of the box. In case you want to provide access to a security administrator, you can create a privilege with access permissions to the display menu items SysSecDiagnostics, SysSecDiagnosticsTR, and SysSecDiagnosticsTREntryPoints.
