    Hi Martin,

I dont find any option to change the code, as all this is done in dll Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Framework.Tools.DMT

If you have any idea to modify the code, will be appreciated.

    Regards,

You should be able to change the code if it's so big problem for you.

No, I'm familiar with documentation of this tool.

Yes, I can see the content of the file, it is all comma-separated.

but we are wondering if we get the file with extension .csv instead of .txt, it confusing as in file format we selected CSV.

Martin, do you have any reference in Microsoft documentation that for this configuration DMT will always generate .txt.

any more details will be highly appreciated.

CSV is text, so it may be all fine. Open the text file to see if the content is in CSV format (i.e. a list of Comma-Separated Values).

File extensions are just a convention for naming files; the name doesn't have any impact on the content.
