I have a form with text box which i will write my job in it
i need to code a button to pull that text and save it as a job in AOT
HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THAT ?????

You have to use TreeNode and setSource().

Nevertheless it sounds like a suspicious and dangerous piece of logic. What are you trying to achieve by that? Maybe we can suggest a better solution.

Not at all, I am creating a form to do all my tests through it , all in one place
You can also try RunBuf method, Its evaluates your job(Written as string) directly.

i intend to save the text to job then run it, but RunBuf is PERFECT for what i need.
