How can I see list of "all" items received

Hello experts..

I have a question. where can I view the list of all items received with date and PO number?

So far I can only view one by one from procurement\inquiries\product receipts\lines .

The above gives the lines of only one PO. but I want to see the lines of all or Multiple POs together so that i can extract to excel.

I also went to Item Transaction list but this list does not show PO number and only showing items with Project IDs. But we order some Items without project IDs/Budget because those are only for Stock and we decide their budget afterwards.

Solved...

I had to create a query in "Open Purchase Order lines" form to see.."Received purchase order lines"

Hi,

If you follow this link

Procurement and sourcing/Inquiries/Purchase orders/History/Product Receipt

then you can find the PO and the packing slip number

Example:

I went to Item Transaction form but this list does not show PO numbers and only showing items with Project IDs. But we ordered some Items without project IDs/Budget because those are only for Stock and we decide their budget afterwards.

Thanks for replay . Actually I can not see the option "Back Order Purchase Lines". I think it is disabled by the admin. I will check with them about the option and then I will try.

Please try

Procurement and sourcing/Inquiries/Purchase orders/History/Product receipt

This form shows you all the product receipts that have been recorded and links them to your PO's.

just open backorder purchase lines as shown below and apply your filtration

Also, you can access open purchase order lines report but for open order only
