A fulfillment rate of 100.00 (Quantity) was not met for sales order

Hello Experts,

Can you please explain how does the fulfillment policy work along with cross docking?

According to my setup, fulfillment is setup for a customer as 100%.

SO quantity is 100, 60 available at pickable location and remaining 40 as PO incoming goods. My expectation was work will be created with 60 quantity and 40 as cross docking quantity.

Actual result: SO is blocked from releasing as the fulfillment policy is not met 100 %.

I tried various scenarios with with marking and reserved ordered, changing the demand req on cross docking to order reservation and marking still no luck.

Any work around ? THanks.

Can someone over here confirm if  fulfillment and cross docking functionality cannot be used together? Is it design limitation? Thanks

    Hi Jiwan,

Maybe you experienced this already as well; however based on my test results, a planned cross dock record will be created as long as the associated fulfillment violation message is not equal to "Error".

Thanks Alice. Already tried warning option, it allows with fulfilment warning.

Problem is there wont be real control of deliverables if we make that as warning. No point in having fulfilment policy.

Looks like product design we cant have both fulfilment control and cross dock functionality on same order lines.
