We have a client that is using a webclient to allow there employees to view and print there paystubs. We have all the security for ESS Employee and BSS active for both Full and Self Service users. When the users click on View Paycheck or W-2. nothing happens. The button shows the click but does nothing. I have checked every security setting I know. What am i missing.
Hello,
I have seen this occur when the install of GP on the Web Server does not have the same reports.dic as other workstations and the pay stub is modified.
Whenever you have the actual Web Client installed, launch GP and import the package files from a local install that is working properly. Then it should start working.
Thanks!

ESS and MSS assume access to payroll if the employee is an entrepreneur or department head with the right to access such payroll. We have self-employed workers in our company who work only at individual sites and have self-service contracts with them. These are employees who come in from time to time and may show up at the office, and they generally have free time. And so they were given access to https://www.paystubcreator.net so that they can fill out payrolls and pay taxes themselves. This is convenient, and I think there is also a W-2 or other documents for each employee for each line of expenses taxes, or income (e.g. vacation pay, income tax, etc.)
