How to get an ApplicationID for a local VHD

Hi all, i have a local VM that is from a VHD for a dev environment. However i need to rotate the secrets hence i need the applicationid of the d365fo in this machine. Is there a way to get the appid direct from this machine? I unfortunately dont have any access to Azure/LCSs here.

And AOS doesnt also start. Giving me Metadata service communication retry attempts failed to resolve issues with the following settings AX7CertificateUserName: FRServiceUser@dynamics.com; AX7CertificateThumbprint... error

Hi, how old is your VHD? I would just download the latest VHD from LCS.
