SSIS Job executes only with SQL Admin rolled account when 2 DBs are in Linked DBs

Hi Experts,
I have developed SSIS package to do ETL the data from external system to D365 intranet on-prem system.
Raw Data is received by custom Database (StagingDB). Upon transforming the staging data, it will be processed to CRM DB.
Both the StagingDB & CRM DB has joint by LinkedDB. The SSIS package had configured as SSIS Job and scheduled.

Issue: The SSIS scheduled job is running when the execution account has DB admin privilege. Otherwise the SSIS job is not executing properly and prompt the privilege issue.
Query: Do we need to have the SQL DB Admin privilege for the SSIS job execution account when 2 different linkedDB invole? Or any alternate step to overcome this issue? Please share your thoughts.

Thanks,
