Do not reply functionality

Hello everyone,

We're looking to configure Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journey in a way that prevents customers from replying directly to the emails we send out. This should be done in /realtime/
 
Does anyone know if this is achievable, and if so, could you please provide guidance on how to set it up?

    Hi Martin,

    When you say 'replying directly', do you mean restricts the recipient from responding to the email address that the email appears to have been sent from, or restricts from responding at all? If the first option, Customer Insights - Journeys does enable you to choose the respond to email address in the Settings area, which can be different from the 'From email':

    The first image below shows this setup.


    The second image proves that the email address used for replying to emails uses the reply email address from the first image.
