Hi,
I am facing the Error-inventory dimensions batch number must be specified while product receipt in ax 2012
Please help me out .

As error says, you need to specify batch number for this item in PO line first. Have you tried that? Or are you using registration process ?

You can set batch number in many different ways, for instance:
- directly on purchase order line (Line details section -> Product tab)
- through Registration process on Purchase order line (on Purchase order line select Update line > Registration)
- through Registration process on Product receipt posting form directly
- through Item arrival that will basically register your items and then make Product receipt
- Assign Batch number group to your item and automatically generate batch number through product receipt
