I should be able to allocate Coolers to customers so that partner is notified by Email

I am a BD and I am able to see the coolers and create placement request.

After placement request is created the quantity of specific coolers model should be decreased with number of units in placement request.

In case of cancellation quantity should be adjusted.

A ticket in CRM should be created and notification to partner is sent.

    As a Manager, I should be able to store Cooler details so to

    1. Add

    2. Manage

    3. Delete list

    When i am TL I should 

    TL: 1.: Read-only access in order to see/track available coolers per model/month. TL can propose re-allocation between territory/ model / sub-brand / Plant

    2.BD: See available models and be able to allocate coolers to customer and execute a placement request. After place request is created the quantity of available coolers is decreased and a ticket in CRM should be created and notification to partner is sent.

    Hi sandeepc,

    There is no OOB way in the D365 field service to approve work order request. This could need you do some customization.

    However, I'm unfamiliar with this. You could create another thread to ask for help.

    Hi sandeepc,

    You could create coolers as your product and then add to your warehouse. Also, create placement request as service.

    When a partner order cooler, you can create a work order and add coolers as work order product. When you cancel this work order, the quantity of coolers (haven't be used) would be adjusted to your warehouse.

    Then you could send an email by workflow to your partner by work order's status. (Created, scheduled or others based on your demand)
