Hi All,
I believe I am asking this question in correct category or thread.
I am a project lead in a software company, where we provide website and software development services to our clients. You know, mostly we bill on hourly basis and going really good for the moment.
In One of our recent project, to be frank its a project we dont want to miss at any cost. Its a European project and hence client wants us to use a time tracking software or an employee time clock, so that he can track the employees working on his project.
We had used some free time clock softwares in certain circumstances earlier, but now client is asking for a tool that provides complete analysis reports.
Hance, I did some analysis and selected couple of tools based on clients requirements. I would appreciate if anyone can provide feedback on the below tools, based on their personal experiences.

I only trust Labor time tracker when it comes to time tracking. It fulfills all my company's requirements. I had a great time with it yet.
My office uses Replicon time management software and we find it easy to make estimates and invoices. The payments are processed at a great speed and our vendors are quite happy to transact with us for this reason.
My personal opinion about this software is that it is an excellent time tracking application that helps businesses of all scales to function efficiently. You can’t ask for anything better than this. It is compatible with updated versions of operating systems and technologies, and can integrate easily with any kind of payroll system, helping to streamline management operations. Time tracking software is essential when utilizing a fingerprint time clock because the software saves each individual’s fingerprint and assigns it a unique ID. In order to mark time for a specific employee, the fingerprint must be scanned and matched this assigned ID.
I run a team of freelance workers and using an employee time clock software is very much important. I had to balance the monitoring while still maintaining the team's productivity even though everyone is working on different parts of the world.

Anyway, in a nutshell It's just a matter of finding what would work best for you. Productivity has to be the main consideration.
I recently stumbled across Clockmeister time tracking, which works great as well. Still a few features missing but looks and feels good!
