Running into a problem, the MRP runs over night and when we come in, MRP order date is a past date. This has happened on the past 3 Friday's. This is only on Friday's that this is happening. Other then that the MRP runs fine. Any help would be appreciated.

It is quite difficult to evaluate what could be the problem as the issue appears to be happening only for Friday's runs and only for the last past 3 weeks.
Also, how far in the past are the order dates and for which type of planned orders?
On release AX2012R3, there is a new setup being introduced to prevent planned orders to be scheduled in the past (see fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Details but this setup might not be applicable to R2.
Sounds like a wild guess, but this might be related to the daylight saving time change.
Try to delete the current MRP batch job that is running on Friday and recreate/reschedule a new one.
