During the implementation we came across few scenarios where we need to extend the OOB features of field service module in Dynamics365.
Need some suggestions on below :
1) Customizing the Schedule Assistance is not really an option. You "could" edit the source code but i would never recommend it
2) You would probably have to create a Workflow to populate the custom fields onto the work order service tasks
3) You can create more Booking Statuses but not any Work Order Statuses.
4) I'm unsure. But I would also be interested in knowing if this information is available
