Possibility to add few custom scenarios in Field service module of Dynamics 365

During the implementation we came across few scenarios where we need to extend the OOB features of field service module in Dynamics365.

 Need some suggestions on below :

  1. In the ‘schedule board’ do we have the possibility to add extra parameters (custom) in ‘Schedule assistance filter’.  Also do we have the feasibility to customize this schedule board ? For example : Along with the existing parameters we need to add extra filter attributes.
  2. In the work order, the service tasks details are populating based Primary Incident type service tasks. The custom field values which we added into the service tasks are not populating in this. Do we have the possibility to add custom fields in incident type service tasks so that same will be populated to work order service tasks ?
  3. In the Work Order status field values are updating according to the Booking status values, like for example when we schedule a resource in the booking the work order status will be updated to Open-Scheduled. Do we have the possibility to add more options in booking status and work order status to reflect the statuses from bookings to work order ?
  4. Are there any predefined classes or functions in the SDK to

    • Fetch the resources availability in the specified time slot. Like for example if there is already another booking available in the specific time slot that resource should not be fetched.
    • Book the resource for the specific time slot.

    1) Customizing the Schedule Assistance is not really an option. You "could" edit the source code but i would never recommend it

    2) You would probably have to create a Workflow to populate the custom fields onto the work order service tasks

    3) You can create more Booking Statuses but not any Work Order Statuses.

    4) I'm unsure. But I would also be interested in knowing if this information is available
