Company error while Upgrading from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 (Build- 14.00.0661)

While upgrading from Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 (Build- 14.00.0661) I am receiving the error message "the conversion process encountered an error and the temporary table did not get removed". Table Name: PM paid transaction history

I tried different update release all giving the same error.

I even tried to upgrade only the sample company but failed with the same error.

    Enable a DEXSQL.LOG and attempt the upgrade once more. To enable a DEXSQL.LOG use the following link:

    support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-create-a-dexsql-log-file-to-troubleshoot-error-messages-in-micr

    Please post back with the error in the log.
