We use a flow to send customer voice survey using the flow action "Send a Survey". This is sending the email with the link to the survey to the customer. BUT it is no longer creating the Customer Voice Survey Invite record.
This has been working fine for a long time. We just started noticing the issue a few hours ago.
Does anyone else have the same issue.
I tried this on our Dev, Test and Production Dataverse systems and it has stopped working on all.
It's seems to have been resolved last night. As the Customer voice Invite records are not being created.
I'm in the exact same situation, we are sending out Customer Voice invites, the invites are being sent via Flow, users are receiving them, but the invite records are not being created in Dynamics which is leading to users sending multiple invites. This just started happening around noon today Nov 1, Mountain Time.
