Refreshing the form moving to some other records

Hi Guys,

I open my purchase requisitions form and will be going inside the particular record , when I click the refresh button it is moving to some other record,

I have tried all the possible ways to resolve this but it is not working, can you guys suggest me any solution to resolve this?

Yes we need to know if have any custom code or if it's a standard behavior which definitely shouldn't be a standard issue.

You need to verify the custom code in particular the form extension class.

Hi,

Is it happening in the dev instance or Uat/Prod? There may be some customization conflicts.

Please check with the technical team and recreate the old standard behavior of the form which conflicts the standard process.
