we implement the workflow to come to the mail. But when we are running the workflow mail is coming twice at same time of same workflow. what is the issue please suggest me.

Convert your workflow to background and check process sessions.
Have you tried to enable auditing for this entity? You can use it to ensure that the fields that trigger the workflow are not updated twice.

Actually we follow your steps and your answer are helpful but we get one issue, when we change field value using another account of Dynamics then again we get 2times mail. This issue get when we update the field value using another account...while at the time of creation we get one mail.
what do we have to check in the process session?
I love to see the details of the workflow trigger.
Did the audit history is enabled on this table?
The process session is going to tell you the occurrence of the workflow.

yes the audit history is enabled and in process session we also see 2 times occurrence mail. Again we received 2times mail on update of field.
What about the details of triggers?
Can you validate the audit history with the triggers?
