We are getting started with Dynamics and looking to set our webinars through this. We are a Teams premium user and love how they are currently. is it better to stay with Teams or move to run them through Dynamics? How do you get the registrations through teams into Dynamics?

    Hi Partner,
    Based on the following documentation:
Synchronization between Teams and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys works in one direction: from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys to Teams.
If the webinar is synced from Dynamcsi to teams, all registrations are automatically tracked to dynamics.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
