Build canceled in UDE

I am new to unified environment. I have 10.0.42 version of the FO. I download the finOps assets, it is completed then I create the project with finance and operation template, create the runnable class. Now I am trying to build it throws error : OperationCanceledException: The operation was canceled.

Hi,

After the download. have you checked if all files were extracted correctly and that the cross reference database is set up and working correctly?

Maybe you can find additional error details in the Windows event logs.

Make sure all assets are fully synced.

pac install
pac run provision

Hi GC-14061151-0,

Have seen this issue in the past.

You can try this approach. Go to Tools -> Options -> Power Platform Tools and then select "Enable auto setup for Dynamics 365 when using the Unified Environment" and "Skip Discovery when connecting to Dataverse". Used the below mentioned Yammer thread for reference to resolve the below mentioned issue. Looks like the build - PowerPlatform tools for FinOps is broken. Looks like the previous build of UDE was broken.

Ensure you connect to Dataverse after this, Remove all the ticks on Login, and then the prompt for environment instance url should show up. On logging in, the issue was resolved. Would recommend raising a Microsoft support request to resolve this issue.
