I have a user that is indicting that her Zoom screen invoice detail window is closing if the Payables transaction inquiry window is closed, in testing it does the same for me, she is indicating however that previously she could close the inquiry window and it would leave the transaction on the zoom window open. My question is, which functionality is correct or is there a way to control this with user settings or security?
Second question, same user, we are in a RDP environment, often times her RDP session will time out, when she logs back onto the RDP session some of the formatting will disappear from the windows in GP such as the outline of buttons or the outlines of fields including check boxes. This remains this way and is not cleared by logging into a new session of GP, rebooting, etc. Has anyone seen this or know what might be causing this?
