Hi everyone,
I am a new Dynamics and Teams user and I understand that they should be communicating. What I am trying to achieve is to host a webinar using Teams Live Events while creating the event page and advertising it on Dynamics.
When I create a new Teams Live Event on Dynamics - and I am the producer - for some reason I cannot access/ find the recording afterwards. It's not in Stream, not in Teams files, not if I open the live meeting invitation on Teams.
If on the other hand I create the Live Event directly on Teams then I have no issues in downloading the recording but then my event doesn't show on Dynamics, which makes it difficult to track registrants and attendees.
I have attached a screenshot for both cases.
Does anyone know how to get the recording for a Teams Live Event that is create in Dynamics?

Viewing the event recording
Once the live event is over, the attendees can view the recording of the event by navigating to the attendee URL from their email. The recording will be available if the creator of the live event in Marketing sets the Recording available to attendees flag to Yes.
