CRM 9.2 Onprem S2S Certificate renewal issue

Hi,
 
every year i have to update my certificate fo S2S in Dynamics CRM Onprem 9.1.0034. Normaly this works without issues, but now i every time got the error: The Security Support Provider Interface (SSPI) negotiation failed.
Even an powershell session and:
 
add-pssnapin Microsoft.Crm.Powershell
get-crmcertificate
 
and i got this error. How to fix this? 
 
Any help is appreciated.
