    it's look like related to a User Privileges or boolean Permission

    Our AX already custumized. we never touch the code.. we found this error while forecasting by batch -(

    the error message sound like the record going is empty. each workflow instance operates on a single record .

    when it is saying that "The workflow system could not access the business document data"  that means system is unable to find a record to operate a workflow on it.

    it could be for many silly reasons such as one i found in past was the inner join used in document query of worklow. please ask your developer to debug this and have a look of my blog-post

    Thanks Jii, I realized when ax customized is different from standard. So we need to call our developer team for assistance.
