Not able to publish solution for model driven app and getting error

While publishing the solution in my development environment, getting this error - "Publish failed: The dependent component SavedQuery (Id=82168fcc-8bf6-ee11-a1fe-6045bdf251b2) does not exist. Failure trying to associate it with SystemForm (Id=c8831572-e626-497c-9e79-386797309ac5) as a dependency. Missing dependency lookup type = PrimaryKeyLookup.".

After downloading the log file, this is elaborated error:
System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: The dependent component SavedQuery (Id=82168fcc-8bf6-ee11-a1fe-6045bdf251b2) does not exist. According to the error message, it has to do with a sub-grid on one of the forms.
