Dear all,
we are currently testing the E-Invoice functionality in our test environment connected to the government portal sandbox.
We are facing the issue that in a lot of cases our set up customer addresses exceed 100 signs easily and even after reviewing (deleting unnecessary/double info, or not needed "space" ) we are facing it.
I am looking for an exchange with other companies/users using MS AX 2012 - if they came across the same challenge and how they approached it.
To give you a further info, we are currently checking to modify our address format but of course, as this format is used on all printed documents this topic is quite sensible.
I am looking forward to a fruitful discussion.
Thank you and best Regards
Mirko
HI Mirko,
we have not heard about it from any other customer. The addresses passed in e-invoice JSON should be formatted as 2 x Addr strings with maxLength of 100. If it’s not the case, bug should be reported to format \ truncate accordingly. Please provide a example of exact address where it is not working while logging a bug to see if specific format has issue
