No adjustments, but Foreign currency revaluation ocurred again

Hi Experts,
 
I run Foreign currency revaluation in GL once, and the unrealized gain/loss vouchers were created correctly. Then I was no longer creating any new vourchers.
But when I run the Foreign currency revaluation one more time, the  unrealized gain/loss vouchers were created again.
In my expection, the message as below is supposed to appear and no unrealized gain/loss vouchers create. 
No adjustments were found for the foreign currency revaluation 
 
Could you teach me why this occuered.
