Add SLAs to D365 (Sales) Lead entity

I'm trying to create a SLA for the Lead entity.
 
I'm trying to add a KPI Field for this, but there are none available for the Lead entity (we've renamed it Enquiry).
 
I've enabled SLA on the appropriate entity
 
Where do I go to add this KPI field?
