Dear All,

I need your help,

When I run any batch job from Retail-->Distribution schedule, there is no download session created and there is no sync between store and HQ. Where as if I create the same job from Retail-->Channel Database for individual channel it works fine.

Version: AX 2012 R3 CU8

Can anyone guide me

TIA

Reg,

Zakeer

Channel database work as N-job mode, distribution schedule work as A-Job(Delta changes)

unless you have any new changes, distribution schedule will not push (you can see history option in distribution schedule page), if there are no changes it will say nodata.

also, please check the retail schedule parameters, sql change tracking is enabled or not.

Retail-->Setup-->Retail Channel Schema-->Generate classes has done the trick.
