how can i hold a sales order line (i have 5 sales order lines and i want to hold one of them)

Is it possible to create only the 4 lines that are ok and to add the 5th line at the time when it has been approved/released?

Currently hold codes are only allowed at Sales order level and not at item level. However there is functionality to stop a specific line by using "Stopped" check box, this will prevent order line pick list posting. Select the sales line and the check box is on "General" tab in Line details group.
i need also to ignore this line quantity from the inventory on hand total available calculations
No i can't add only 4 lines the user need to add all lines one time and hold only this line
This is not supported by default. If sales order type at header level is not "Journal", it will always reflected in on-hand form.
