What are the steps required to up & running Production data and Users in UAT environment?

Hi, we have small size client and there D365 Finance & Operation module is running in Production & UAT environment now we have plan to take backup from Production to UAT Environment,

we have same servers in UAT like Production

for this requirement what are the steps required to up & running Production data and Users in UAT environment?

1.Which database required to tack backup & restore from Production to UAT?

2.How to create Users same like Production in UAT ?

hi we taken Prod DB to UAT SQL Instance and after updated SID of admin user after that we are able to login to system but when we submit workflows not work
