Cannot Post Cash Receipts Journal After 5 PM

I have been informed by my customer that one of their users cannot post the cash receipts journal after 5 PM. This is confusing for me. Has anybody ever had an issue similar to this?

NAV 2015 Cumulative Update 2 (8.0.38798)/Australian database
SQL 2014 v.12.0.2000.8

Hi,

that's because of the Australian localization equal to UK where you can only work between 9 till 5 ;-)
