thx, too bad. Is there a way, that i can prepare 1 vhd , copy and launch it multiple times with the same registration?

I want do  3 hrs demo/training with about 15 ppl.. idea was to prepare 1 vhd and then copy for the 15 ppl so they can play with "my test data"

    Hi Pirmin,

Like Kevin mentioned, you can't bypass the app registration requirement. You can ask you IT department for some help setting up an app registration and configure the VM. In case there are some policies internally preventing the creation of the app registration, you can create a free Azure trial. You can then setup an own tenant on Azure ( .onmicrosoft.com). You are then your own global admin and can create the app registration and configure your VM. You will then need to use an account created on your tenant for using the Dynamics application.

    Hi,
There is currently no indication that there is another way to run or register a VHD, you can refer to this official documentation: Set up the downloadable VHD for first use - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. It introduces about how to set up the downloadable VHD for first use. Or you can refer to this official document: Deploy and access development environments - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnThis article describes how to access development instances, configure local development virtual machines (VMs), and find important configurations settings for developers and administrators.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
