Missing Outlook Addin

I have RTC and the classic client installed on my machine. I have added myself as a salesperson, and verified myself in the Windows Login window as super. I mapped the entities to outlook items. Now I am stuck on setting up web services or application server connection. I don't have web services listed in the services of my machine and I also do not have application server manager under administrative tools.

This leads to me opening outlook to try and configure sync settings however there is no NAV sync toolbar located anywhere in my Outlook. It is not found in addins, or com addins either.

    Hi Edward,

Where is your server running ? Its the same machine that will run your web services. Ensure that the service is running on that machine.

Regarding your  outlook plugin , can you check in the install (change programs) , whether you installed the outlook plugin on your client , please ?

    tx,

So where would we find the installer for the Outlook plugin for the client machines? Its hard to find documentation for this subject, all I have is the 2009 relationship management guides which don't specify installation items' locations.

I have verified that my web services is running on the server.
