Accessing a Navision database from a C# windows form application

Hi,

I have a windows forms application that need to export data (customers, products & prices) from a Navision 2013R2 system and later import sales orders back to Navision. I do the same right now on Quickbooks by using a provided API, I'm lost with regards of Navision as I cannot find the the right way of doing it. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

    you can do both with nav web services (soap or odata).
