Automatic Assign Organizations

Hi all,

We have created the roles, assigned users to roles. And now we need to assign users to companies. We have multiple companies, and each user has to be assigned to their organizations. There are so many users and it is really hard to assign them manuelly. There is an automatic role assignment function as far as I know. Is there any automatic organization assigment function?

    Hi Sefa,

    Per automatic role assignment rule, you can specify the organizations. So you can create a rule for e.g. Americas and a rule for Europe companies.

    So in fact it is possible, but it is still a bit cumbersome to define which users should be included in the Americas and/or Europe rule.

    As far as I understand I have to create rules for each roles and organizations. You are right, it seems difficult.
