Quick Campaign Email Templates NOT using the current User's default signature

I am trying to deploy several Quick Campaigns on behalf of my sales team for an Email based on an Email Template, it when looking at our Sent messages, it appears that the emails are not including the current User's default signature. If I push the Quick Campaign to the User's Activity feed (meaning, they need to click each created Email Activity and manually Send the email, rather than them being Sent and Closed upon Quick Campaign creation), the Email Signature does appear. Is this a bug, or a setting issue?
