Email Template - Not showing external linked images, tables bordered since last week

Ever since using Dynamics 365 with Sales App. I have managed to get along with sending out mailings to customers by custom designing HTML email templates in Dreamweaver then simply copying and pasting the email from the web browser and pasting it straight into the body of Email Templates in Dynamics.

Sometimes the external images (linked to webspace) are a bit tricky by not showing up the first time when pasting, but after a few attempts, it seems to work. Now though since my last mailing that went out last week (20th July). When pasting the email, its images never seem to show, and now for some reason, it seems like the table is being bordered?

Attached are some images to show firstly a successfully pasted email template and what happens now.

Hi,

I tried to copy the body of your question to my Email template’s body and it won’t show your 2 attachments. I think this may be a bug.

You can try to directly create a new Email in your sales hub and then convert it to Email template, it can work on my side. If it didn’t work, I suggest you to contact MS Support(https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support).

Thank you for the reply. It does seem that there is a current bug with the email templates.

Your suggestion to create the email and convert it to a template worked!

I believe there were some "tweaks" to the rich text editor in the last update. Absolutely possible (likely?) that those changes could be the issue.

All of a sudden, this morning when trying to convert an email activity into an email template I am getting an error "Invalid JavaScript Action Library: Activities/SystemLibraries/Template_main_system_library.js"

I have no idea what this means or know of a solution.

The way this is turning out I'm going to start having to think about other alternatives for our email campaigns.
