Auditing search bars/ advanced find

Hello,
I have been given the task to track what users are entering for search criteria in Dynamics 365. We do not have power apps. The "Start Read Auditing" is missing and are using Dynamics 365, version 1612 (8.2.28.11) on-premises. Is there an entity name that i should check for the global search bar? Anything here would be helpful. I am new to programming and Dynamics.

    There is no easy way of tracking what your users are searching. You need to use Custom JavaScript.
