AX 2012 R3 Workflow Escalation

we used AX 2012 R3 and we are working to apply workflow escalation for approval step to be escalated after 1 hour in case of the responsible approver didn't take action with 1 hour to be escalated to his/her manger to take the approval action.

but unfortunately, the workflow keep assign to the responsible approver although exceed the due date (1 Hour) so, please advise why the escalation process didn't run?

Also, be noted that we tested a lot of sceneries such as escalation after 1 hour / 1 day and escalation using Non-Calendar days with select all days or working calendar but all of them not working.

Try changing the calendar name to work calendar due dates like shown below. And like Andre said ensure that batch jobs are running with no errors.

Gina,

Were you able to check Andre's suggestion regarding the three batch jobs running for workflow?

In case the batch jobs are running fine, could you also try to change the escalation action to "Reject" and test?

Hi Gunjan,

Kindly find workflow configuration. also, be noted that we trued to run the escalation based on 1 day instead of 1 Hour but unfortunately we found the same result.

Can you check if all three batch jobs related to the workflow management are running? One is taking care of the due date processing.
